How did we calculated the price? Are there any hidden fees
We calculated the price on a basis of 60% of the normal market price. You also get full access to all the things that are necessary at your practice plus the training for free. And no, no hidden or incremental fees.
What are my payment options?
We offer different options such as Invoice, and credit card payment via Stripe.
How long are your contracts? Is there any binding time?
If you feel we are not a match, you can break the contract at any time. Unfortunately we are not able though to make refunds for the remaining period left. We want to make sure that you actually choose us every month. This means that every day we need to make sure you get the best service. We can’t afford to get sloppy and take your trust for granted.
Do I need any special hadrware/computer?
CW1 offers both Cloud Browser, Desktop, and Tablet versions and doesn’t need any special driver/software installations. As long as you can access google or Youtube on the device, it means you can also use our Ecosystem. You can access it from your mobile phone, tablet, or any laptop/desktop computer you have. Simultaneously!
What should I expect after I sign up?
A CW1 Partner will contact you within 24hours and welcome you personally onboard, as well define the implementation steps.
Is my data safe?
We have some of the best custom security in the market, having the data fully anonymised and protected over a 5 layer of AES encryption. We have one of the most protected infrastructures in the whole world. CW1s terminals are currently hosted on Microsott Azure to provide a reliable cloud solution with speed and access. Databases are kept on a security facility in Frankfurt Germany. On top of that, we also do automatic backups to make sure your data is always secure.
Is my data really safe?
Yes!!! Apart from the basic compliance such as GDPR, CCPA and ISO27001, we also deal with Human Health data and research. We have very strict levels of data handling and are preparing currently the application for CE certification which means extra level of compliance. We also work under the standards of ISO9001 and we keep regular checks on data policies and access levels.
How often do you have updates? Is there a system downtime
Every Sunday at 23:59 CET! During 1 minute the system is updating, but… you don't feel it. For the cloud version the update is instant and for the desktop version and mobile versions the updates happen on the App Opening.

Can changes or updates break my workflows?
Nop! Only if you decide to change them.
Can I go back to my old system or use paralell systems?
Yes sure! Actually we recommend to do the transition incrementally, but in the end we want to save money to you and you will just need ours. Going back is always a choice. We provide a data backup under fhir standards so that your old system can import it.
